We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the property may fit our purchasing criteria, communicate about a potential transaction, and maintain appropriate business records.
Communications
If you provide consent, we may contact you by telephone, email, or text regarding the property. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to text messages to opt out.
Information sharing
We may share information with service providers and transaction professionals when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a potential purchase, including title companies, closing professionals, attorneys, contractors, and technology providers. We do not sell your inquiry information as a consumer mailing list.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information for legitimate business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.
AI-assisted communications
If you use our AI telephone or text line, automated technology may answer general questions and collect intake information. The AI Assistant cannot approve or guarantee a property offer. Information collected through that line is handled according to this notice.
